Fnb merchant invoice

It's been almost a year I've been complaining about FNB Merchant Services. I have speedpoints from them and no matter how much I complain, I do not get the monthly invoices despite almost begging every month end. They seem to have now resorted to ignoring my mails yet I am being charged without fail, timeously every month. I cannot express my frustration.
