FNB Merchant department

Fnb Merchant department is so unprofessional and not reliable

I app**** for speedpoint machine and this is my 2nd machine , i did the application on the 26 of June and to this day i have not gotten my machine. i called them on the 25th of July to find out what's happening with my application and i was told that they gonna deliver and install the machine on the 28th. today is the 28th of July , i called to find out what time they are coming to deliver since its 13:00 and no one has said anything, and i was told that my application is not closed its still pending . i requested to speak to the supervisor and the consultant told me she cant get hold of them and she has escalated my application.

am so disappointed with them that am gonna take business somewhere else because it was also a hassle for me to get my first merchant.
