FNB MERCHANT AGAIN

Looks like the only time i get something out of FNB is if i have to run to Hellopeter, very Sad I requested a additional Card machine more than a week ago, dont know how it can take that long, yesterday i called the the Merchant department and they said they will mail the relevant department for feedback. Why would you have the option to follow up on a querie if the person following up cant help you with the querie, i need that machine. Atleast provide me with anytype of feedback
