FNB merchant

Two years ago I got a speedy device from FNB and the arrangement was that I will not pay rental on it including device fee of R350.

I was surprised when I checked my two months bank statement and see unfami**** bank charge to my suprise it was device rental fee

I got hold of my consultant and escalated the matter to fnb merchant and indicated to them about the waiver upon my application of which they asked him for the contract i signed and i sent it to them

I don't know no one is coming back to me and I start to believe that fnb is failing most township business
