FNB Melrose Arch Poor Service

I went to FNB Melrose Arch for help with my account, they made me wait for 30mins just for them to tell me that they are busy and I should leave my details and they will call me and tell me when to come. I waited the whole day and they never called, however they were helping out all the white people.
