FNB - Mediocrity is key

Living in small town here in Kirkwood we have no business banking services available here. The staff at the local branch are great and do everything in their power to help. All business banking related cases have to be referred to another branch/division when applying for any kind of business related services. I do not want to name and shame on the internet, but all I can say is I have been struggling for nearly a month now to get any kind of service or action from FNB and the woman who is supposed to handle my application. Never is a long time but that is probably when I will do business with them again in my lifetime. They just dont care.
