FNB ****MED ME R800

on the 21 Februarary i went to withdraw 1200 e wallet which was sent to me but an unusual happened i grabbed the money and atm was quick to close and out of 1200 i managed to grab only 400 then 800 returned into the machine and immediately while was still shicked the machine screen wrote that thius device is loading and the screen was off for few minutes and was hoping the cash mouth of the atm will re open and send the remaining amount to my shock it didnt if they can check on cctv they will be able to spot me there having issues asking people to wait so that i can figger out what just happened i then tried to call and was told to go to the branch on monday i then weent to the branch monday and call was logged for investigation and reff number is ***0 and they came back saying it is reported that i have received the money and the reff for that reply is ***
