FNB ****med me money with Virtual Card I never opened

On the 6th of June my money was withdrawn out of my account at night without my knowledge, I was first sent an OTP but didn't even opt in or answer to that message after the OTP, I got a message that there has been a withdrawal at Motshwane Holding at around past 10 at night. After the first transaction other three transactions happened at the go, it looks like there was another card that was opened on my behalf and money went out from my savings account to that account. I notified FNB and they told that they were investigating the matter, even today they have not got back to me to tell me what really happened to my money that went out that day....Almost R7000 was ****med from my account and apparently it was via virtual card which I don't have or even ever opened that card. Can FNB please bring back my money as this has been long over due, its almost a month now
