FNB ****MED ME!!

Fnb just ****med me from a reserved purchase when I booked an uber using my card, they never returned my money, When I tried to dispute it with screenshots that I took of the transaction, they took days to investigate and then acknowledged the transaction then responded by saying it was debited back to me, when I show them that it didn't. They flat out denied that the transaction existed, when I check my fnb app once again, the entire transaction has disappeared and does not exist on my phone. But I literally have the screenshot of the transaction. The ***** and dispute team literally dropped the call on me and pretended to not be the dispute team when I literally called them from the FNB branch. The manager at the branch also refused to see me.
