FNB - MBD

I have a personal loan that has been handed over to MBD, i have been in contact with them for the past 2 weeks as i would like to settle this account, i have requested that they please consider a discount as i cannot afford the total amount outstanding, I have emailed supervisors, left messages with consultants but to no success, the Supervisor does not even respond to mails or "escalated situations" by the consultants. I received a settlement offer on the 5th of June 2023 but the date on the settlement shows 5th of May 2023, I emailed the consultant immediately regarding the discrepancy and to date no response (as it states i have 30 days to settle from the date on the settlement offer). Dealing with MBD is a nightmare, its a task getting through to them and when I do, the call drops, when they call me the very same happens. Is it at all possible to deal with you even though the account was handed over please?
