FNB Maponya Mall is a taxi rank

I arrived at FNB Maponya Mall branch to find the placed packed with clients, and only about 4 agents to attend to them. The bank smelled stuffy, and worst of all they were playing music from a large speaker near the entrance. It felt like being at a taxi rank. No class and no regard for Black people, because I'm pretty sure that would never happen in Sandton. I'm honestly disgusted because this is the bank that I once praised for having regard for people more than the other banks. I complained to the manager and left.
