FNB Maponya mall

I have been waiting for a paid up letter from FNB Maponya since the 22nd of September 2023. A gentleman by the name of Derrick does not seem to want to assist my given the tone of the emails that he has sent. I really need the letter and he doesn’t seem to care. Who can assist me urgently!
