FNB Maponya is a circus

Maponya mall FNB branch is beyond a joke ..

I’ve never ever seen such a circus and even worse the stuff thinks they are more important than people. I’ve waited more than an hour to just collect a card , the lady assisting me has since left me to find the card and I keep seeing her give my ID card to some of her colleagues and she’s been gone I haven’t had any help no one is communicating this is a joke honestly. It’s a circus. I’m appalled
