FnB Maponya

I can't log on to my app or internet banking. Call center said I have 2 profiles and the branch staff should link the profiles. A week later I'm seating at the bank to follow up and only now they are sending my complaint. I don't know how I'm supposed to run a business without access to my business account. Maponya mall first national bank is useless. I'm now counting 2weeks with no access!
