FNB manipulates transactions to incur more charges, Allegedly
Allegedly, FNB manipulates transactions to incur more charges on your account. I experienced poor service yesterday when I was inquiring about my transactions yesterday after debits failed while there was money in the account. I asked for a detailed transaction history or bank statement with time stamps but they could provide such. I believe that some transactions were manipulated. Some of their charges are not validated and you can't even inquiry about them because they bundled them up.
It's my opinion that FNB is not transparent about the charges.

They don't even have accountability, worst part is that their phones are not going through for me to inquire. I urge you to check your bank statement, it's highly manipulated.
