FNB managers and staff useless as can be - Three Rivers at Best

On Thursday, 26 April 2018 3:47 PM we sent an e-mail to Nxumalo, Felicia ********** to ask if a loan of R4000 which has never been in arrears can be reduced. she did not get back to us at all on 19 May 2018 we went inside the branch to ask for assistance. we were handed a phone to speak to the loans deparment. We held on for 1hr 40 minute with no assistance. during this time I asked for the manager several times in the branc and was told she is busy at the tellers. After the last request I was angered and dared them to call the manager. The lady returned without the manager, asked us to leave our details and she will follow up on our query. after several e-mails we finally got responses from her. FNB "how can we help u" we are financially strained and cannot make the R4000 repayment. they tell us only of there is a reduction in salary they can reduce the loan for a certain period. payslips reveals that acting allowance has been stopped and medical aid has been added. If this is not a reduction in salary then please tell me what is????

We cannot commit to a repayment of R4000 any longer and this account was never in arrears. Capitec faithfully reduced our loan within 5minutes, yet FNB only think of themselves???

I refuse to be sent back to the same branch that has not been helpful at all. look at all their spelling errors. From: Ngubane, Mlungisi ********** Sent: 18 June 2018 14:40 To: Walters, Pedro (PS) Subject: MR PEDRO S WALTERS *** Good day Mr Pedro S Walters Please note that we tried contacting you this afternoon with no answer on your cell ********** 131. The reason for the call was to explain the belo; Kindly note that special arrangement is meant to assist clients that have had their salaries reduced by employer, ONLY FOR SHORT PERIOD, with confirmation from employer in a form of a letter that salaries will be returned back to normal after such a period. Please note that this kind of an arrangement is a short term solution which will put the account in arrears during the payment of a reduced instalment. A letter from your employer assures us that you will be able to pay the full instalment plus the arrears after the arrangement has come to an end. Your situation does not promise the same as the salary is not reduced as per the explanation. We therefore unfortunately unable to assist with an arrangement as per explanation.
