<p>I'm an ex staff member, i 'be been trying without luck to close my staff account, while other branches were failing Mamelodi branch came through for me. I would like to thank Hazel for that, she's humble, she goes an extra mile and she's the best. The again my daughter's 32 days account was frozen because of different surnames, the whole of last most branches couldn't help me until this year I moved to Pretoria and Kagiso & Hazel from FNB Mamelodi Branch made it their priority to help me and I can proudly say my daughter's account is now active...
