FNB Malmsbury, lazy!

FNB Malmsbury is a utter disgrace, rude, No such thing as client service! Made me wait while helping other walk in clients, finally after calling this to someone's attention, get informed that the actual tellers only work to 12!!! What the hell??? We have been and continue being loyal FNB clients, but Malmsbury branch really needs to receive a visit from head office and re training in customer service! My wife went to deposit coins that we have been saving for so.
