FNB Mall@Reds - No stock of sims for phones

<p>I called ********** that is listed on the internet for the FNB Mall @ Reds and the person i spoke to confirmed that this branch would have the sim cards for cellular phones. I drove 15kms and only to find out the desk drawers of the people who had the sim cards were locked. Then the guy present at this branch said there isn't stock of sim cards. Which is it? If they confirmed this information when i initially called before driving there, it would not of been a wasted trip. I am very dissappointed at the service received today. I want management to give me feedback on this complaint.</p>
