FNB Mall of Africa will make you wait

The mediocre service is so not worth service fee values. It is honestly ridiculous. Service is slow, not efficient and excuses for why the service is so poor is a joke. And if someone speaks out nothing is done. So do I leave, wait for service to be rendered, count my loses or complain so more so it can fall on deaf ears? I mean really now is such service even possible? I'm dumbfounded at the lack of care to clients. My friend who was being helped had to wait so they could help another client during his time all because they told him to make a phone call to the ***** department. And spent another 20 min waiting for his turn, just to spend another 30min with 2 consultants.
