FNB Mall@Reds SLOW Service!!!

Fnb mall@Reds is the worst branch I’ve been to ever, staff is unfriendly and the service is very slow and careless, estimate waiting time to be almost an hour? What happened over the past years as you were always quick with helping, I am so disappointed and close to switching banks
