FNB Mall@reds service

The service at FBN mall@reds is very poor. I went to collect a SIM card and waited for almost an hour 😳😭☹️. This is unlike FNB! Wow I am ****ed off 😡! The ticket said I will be attended within 7minutes yet it took an hour tjo! I wonder if there is even a manager there! They are just going up and down for nothing! I mean just a SIM card collection 😰😡🤷🏾♀️
