My husband and I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service and assistance from Bibi Jassat, the Branch Manager at FNB Mall@Carnival.

My husband and I recently visited the FNB Mall@Carnival Branch to transfer funds from his FNB Account to his Investec Investment Account. Upon successfully loading the Investec Investment Account as a beneficiary, my husband proceeded to one of the tellers to do the transfer. The teller made an honest mistake and accidentally transferred the funds to his 1st beneficiary, which was his SARS Account, instead of to his Investec Investment Account (both his SARS Account and my Investec Investment Account are beneficiaries with very similar names).
