FNB maliciously frozing bank account

FNB frozen my bank account for proceeds of ***** for payment that I never received in my bank account and FNB frozen my 25,000 rands which I have provided proofs to them concerning the transaction yet FNB still didn’t release it and their ***** department team does whatever they want
