FNB Malicious Credit Bureau Listing

Following retrenchment and promise to pay with no defaults on payment since the arrangement has been made. I was without engagement handed over to the attorney's for collection. An arrangement had been entered into with written confirmation that says I will not be listed provided payments are on time and not skipped. I find out almost a year later, FNB has listed me for the full amount as one installment, thus making me a risk to any employer. Calling on FNB to intervene and if there is an NCR practitioner willing to offer me support as I cannot gain permanent employment. I had been informed by a recruitment officer that I cannot be shortlisted due to the listing for the full amount as the installment. This has been verified with my new bank. Until FNB does not rectify this, my employment prospects are slim. FNB are now affecting my ability to work in a permanent job.
