Such poor service, 6 counters with only 2 people working the rest are empty yet they're so many busy peeping through the back door windows, walking up and down without any service being rendered to their customers. Been here for more than 3 hours, mind you we are less than 10 customers inside. Some are now needing the loo, the 2 people working are busy talking to each other moving from one computer to the next but no work moving. Such appalling service, they don't deserve a single star
