FNB making use of Transunion which provides unreliable service

I requested to extend my overdraft with FNB and was informed that this was not possible because my name appears on the Transunion database. I have contacted Transunion to resolve the matter but have had no response from them. According to HelloPeter there are many similar complaints such as this, Transunion has an extremely low rating on HelloPeter and does not even respond to complaints.

How can FNB make sound financial decisions based on inputs from a company which appears to provide a very unreliable service?
