FNB making us loose money

I was depositing money into my FNB account in order to send the money the money to my business partner so he can Oder the merchandise however FNB atm didn’t accept some of the funds into my account with said I have now lost business due to their atm FNB I request you to do the right thing cause I’m losing business and money now I’ve got to wait more than 7 days of which I’m loosing 2000 a day due to their atm machine now who is going to pay that money that I’m losing
