FNB MAKING UNDULY CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT

I am having the worst experience ever with FNB. FNB charged me , this month, a little over R1700 as bank for services nt known to me. This is a reoccurrence as it happens month to month with charges over R1000. I lodged a complaint with a private banker that was assigned to me but she seems perplexed each time and does not have a clue as to what causes this. She says always she will consult with a Supervisor and get back to me but thta never happens. Each time i call her back, she is busy to talk or is conveniently at a training course. I lode a complaint to the private banking department of FNB and the person i spoke to couldnt resolve my issues as well and so i resorted to migrating to a lower account with the hopes that the problem will solve itself and i wouldnt have to pay FNB thousands of rands , each month, that are suppose to feed my children as i am a single parent. I need help to recover all my losses because i feel i have been unduly treated by FNB and the have stole so much from me. I devastated as this month again i am charged over R1700 that will be deducted frlm my salary leaving me with less to feed my children. This ordeal has been going on for months wih FNB employees sending me from pillar to post with literally zero resolution. For some odd reason, FNB added an overdraft on my account and when i coplained, the supposedly removed it. My account still goes into a negative and when i asked again the consultant was perplexed to say the least.

When i spoke to FNB consultant a day ago, i was told the matter is registered as "resolved", though i was never part of the resolution process. Please help me recover my ****** money as I have resorted to move my salary to a different bank.
