FNB making UNAUTHORISED CREDIT CHECKS!!

I have just accessed my Credit score report via Clear Score and i noticed FNB made an enquiry on my Report without my prior knowledge. This has impacted my Credit score which i have been working so hard on building. Please FNB remove your enquiry please.
