FNB making promises they can't keep

Salary switch campaign, account opened in June 2020 met all the requirements and no payment received as yet. Tried sending emails and calling I kept being transfered from one banker to another emails they don't even bother replying I still do not have any sort of update up until this day.

I am very disappointed because the switching process was amazing and hustle free.
