FNB making poor internal processes the clinets problem

FNB Business Banking has made FICA and KYC a nightmare to deal with. Documents are sent, hold lifted then another part of the bank set a hold on the same business account for the same documents without prior notice. When you speak to the call centre they just say you might have sent the documents to the other department but they do not have it.
