FNB making more money through ******** bank charges

On the 26/4 i habe reguested eft reversal and i was told it cost R325.50, today i woke to OB payment of R651.00 for that services. The services that FNB claims it takes 10 working days was finalised on 7/7 by email for Ms N Hadebe. I've spend 2 hours on telephone call with them i was told that is interbank bank charges and finally it is reversal charges for R651 and I was transfered to more that 5 consultants. I have requested that my gold business account be closed and I dont want to have anything to do with FNB. I had only requested 1 payment reversal.
