FNB making money of exorbitant service fees

I called on the 6/8 to downgrade my service fee only to be told I can not. I am not using the account and going to close it for obvious reasons but now I am stuck on expensive service fee option which as asked for in the first place. Now I am told about turnover ect ect. FNB wants me to pay for their profits.. Aikona
