FNB Making me look like a ********

I bought a watch for 2999 almost two weeks ago, I paid with my cheque card and the transaction went through on my account (verified by my private banker) but the funds have not been allocated to the store. I contacted FNB filled in the requested forms to get the funds released to the store but nothing has happened for 5 consecutive business days. Now the store is acusing me of theft, they have suspended the person who have me the watch. FNB is now toying with peoples lives as they cannot make a simple call to the shop and confirm the transaction to release the funds. Can anyone from FNB please help me?
