FNB - MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOME LOAN!

Very disappointed in home loan department. App**** for flexi bond extension on a current bond with FNB on the 26th October 2020. It has been an endless battle to get this application processed as each person I deal with advices me to do something different. I've been shunted from one department to another to try and get all necessary documentation done to process the application. Our bond is in a trust's name and nobody seems to know what to do when a trust is involved. At this stage I haven't even received an AIP yet (which should only take a few days, not a few weeks!) I have done an extension on this bond before in 2016 and had no issues but now everything must be done differently. I've also tried to contact my private banker to try and resolve this issue, but that person is also unreachable. I've left countless messages and have yet to hear from them. I was very happy with FNB's service in the past but with my experiences with them in the last few weeks I am seriously considering moving all my accounts.
