FNB Making It Impossible to Collect Credit Card

I need to collect a company credit card. Last year, FNB used a company that messed up things. Today I tried to follow up to see if the credit card is ready for collection. I spoke to someone who wanted to verify my identity. She was not happy that I could not answer questions about the limits on a company credit card I have not received. She was not happy that I could not answer questions about whether there is a budget facility on a credit card I have not received yet. She wanted the company's postal address, an address no one actually uses in this age of e-mail. I ran around and finally a colleague found it. All I want to know is: is this card ready for collection at the Newmarket branch. If it is, I can go there with my ID book and they can see who I am. Why is it so unbelievably difficult suddenly to collect a credit card? What has happened to FNB? It was never this problematic.
