Fnb Making it harder to bank with them

I've tried multiple times on the app to dispute a debit order. In fact this order should have been stopped a month ago when I requested it however you have allowed a service provider access yet again to my funds. I then tried and have records of waiting 2 hours for someone to pick up the call within the dispute debit order team.

I am a loyal customer but this is the last opportunity I am willing to provide. If FNB cannot protect my interests then maybe another bank can.

You are giving customers the run around and misinformation regarding debit order reversals. Your systems do not work and your people are dropping the ball
