FNB - MAKING COMMUNICATION IMPOSSIBLE

I need to access my statements in CSV format. Cannot find this on the APP or on ONLINE banking.

Today I have wasted more than an hour of my life because FNB choose to make communication impossible Phoned this morning, got passed around 5 times and eventually cut off. Tried your secure chat on the banking app, got ejected twice.

Can somebody with the correct skill level kindly phone me or email me directions to access the info?
