FNB making business Forex e-commerce trading a nightmare

I'm very disappointed with the way FNB Business Forex Dept assesses and reviews inward Forex, they seem to be intentionally delaying to release inward payments even if the sending banking institution has already verified the payment. I have send them all the invoices and supporting docs to assist them in reviewing the transaction but even with that it still feels like their consultants don't care at all and they intentionally make decisions which make forex between with foreign corporate clients a total nightmare. Ive been calling non stop trying to get help and I've had 2 consultants who asked to put me on hold to check up on my transaction and then they hang up on me, if anyone at FNB is available to assist here's my transaction case no: R023T97H80 Regards.
