FNB making a TRANSFER between acc without consent

FNB have made a TRANSFER between my accounts without my consent! It was transfered from my cheque to credit card account. They didn't have my consent because I've made an arrangement on the 13th of January 2016. I've done so by email! This is ridiculous and very poor service! I didn't give them permission or my consent to do so!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND FNB TO ANYBODY!!
