FNB - making a customer’s life hell again
The fees on my cheque account are normally deducted on the 30th/31st of the month. Nasty surprise when a R72 transaction didn’t go through at Woolworths (I checked my balance this morning), as the fees were deducted todaY, before my salary date, without notice of such, and against the agreement. I will not be held responsible for 1) declined fees and 2) negative credit reflection because of this, as my account is now in the red.
