FNB makes money off the little person, business bank account sucks alot

I was advised that if I close my business check account before the 20th at the sandton branch I will not incur the monthly fee on the 20th as long as I clear the negative balance which was R515 which I have cleared, then I get to Cresta fnb they advise that even though it's before the 20th they are unable to close my account, they need to collect fees. Already I'd logged a complaint as I was not advised correctly on how the account works now they want to take more money for me, ******* bank...
