FNB Makes money Dissappear

My refunds from a 3rd party just disappeared.

After more than a month of investigation, it turns out the transaction had just "broken" on FNB side and they money was not going to ever clear.

If I had not gone out my way to a major extent, this would never have been uncovered.

It looks as though FNB will just "lose" your money and there's nothing you can do or say about it.

I still have not received my money.

This is extremely bad
