FNB MAKES ME SICK !!!!

FNB I am tired of calling and emailing and basically doing your job for you!!!!! I received a message this morning stating that my Debt Protection Plan DP09CC81 has not been received!!!!!! Why not???? I call the number reflected on this sms and they advise me to email. I AM NOW UP TO HERE WITH FNB!!! FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!!
