FNB makes it so difficult to close your account with them, basically impossible. I have tried over the banking app on the secure call option, but the computer voice just keeps you hanging. The Secure WhatsApp chat is taking so long, the prompts are totally irrelevant. Then there is no email address on google and when you call the call centre, you wait days for an answer. Please close my account!!
