FNB Makes it Difficult to Terminate a Share Builder Access: Easy Online Application But Difficult to Get Out

<p>I opened an FNB Share Builder Account. But when I decided to close the account. It became a challenge.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. You can open the account online. But you cannot close it online!!!!</p> <p>2. I went to the Woodmead Branch in September. Share Builder Accounts cannot be closed online. They had to call the Share Builder contact centre...that takes a long time and so I left</p> <p>3. I called the Share Builder contact centre last month. I requested for the account to be closed.</p> <p>4. Today I checked and the account is still open. Well, that is pretty dishonest. Because now may account has gone into a deficit because FNB did not close on time.</p> <p>5. FNB close my Share Builder Account as instructed last month!!!!</p>
