fnb makes empty promises to its customers!!I

I have had it up to my neck with fnb making these promises to its customers, promising them rewards but not do contact them it is always the same story I get back! Nothing has been done here & m now tired of continously following up & hearing the same \we have escalated this & somebody will get back to you"l which never ever happens!
