FNB makes doing business HARD.

It's actually quite amazing that FNB managed to mess up so badly that I need to be complaining twice in the span of a couple weeks. It's actually quite incredible. Anyways here we are... I actually am in disbelief about how difficult they make doing anything with them. Today I had to do a simple transaction. I checked with them yesterday, and in the morning I called the call center ti confirm. Then I go to the Centurion Lifestyle branch and all of a sudden the requirements change and they can't help me even though I have all the paperwork. I am closing my accounts with the bank. if you're reading this do yourself a favor and do not open an account with them if you value ease of doing business.
