FNB makes a stressful situation more stressful

I'm traveling internationally and all I am trying to do is activate my credit card yet a keep getting messages that Limpho is helping and is still here but doesn't answer any questions doesn't resolve anything,it must be a bit. Traveling is very stressful and FNB has made it worse!
